About Selling of Shares

I have purchased some shares when share market was at 20,000 i.e 2 years back. Now the price is 15,000 only and I have not gain any profit.

So, should I wait more or should I sell it out because I am not seeing any growth in those shares?

The shares are of NOCIL, HINDMOTORS & NOIDATOOL. Please tell me the solution for this.
